Carton Manufacturing

Water-Based adhesives play a significant role in the carton manufacturing industry, where they are utilized for bonding and sealing cartons and boxes. These adhesives offer numerous advantages in this application.

Water-based adhesives provide strong adhesion between various paperboard surfaces, securely joining them together
They exhibit excellent adhesion to both coated and uncoated surfaces, ensuring consistent and durable bonds
They can be easily applied using automated adhesive systems, enabling high-speed production and improved efficiency

Cold bonding glue used in paper bag manufacturing where pumping of glue is required and has high green strenght and good machinability.

It is specially formulated Poly Resin (binder) for bonding of paper products. It is entirely synthetic. P-Lock Optima is used in the manufacturing.

Board to Board, e-fluting solid fibre lamination etc. Ranging from 40 to 450 GSM and can be used on high speed and medium speed machines.

It is a highly efficient Synthetic resin emulsion based adhesive, specially developed for manufacturing paper tube, core, cone, can, windings.
