Yes, Super Melt 445 is formulated for optimal performance in automated binding machines. It offers consistent flow and bonding properties, ensuring smooth operation and high productivity in automated settings.
Store Super Melt adhesives in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. It is recommended to keep the adhesives at temperatures between 15°C to 30°C (59°F to 86°F) to maintain their quality and performance.
Super Melt 404 can be applied using standard hot melt application equipment. It should be heated to the recommended temperature (typically between 160°C to 180°C) and applied to the spine or binding area. Ensure even coating for optimal adhesion.
