1974 - 1990

Production of Adhesives started at the Badlapur factory. Started production and marketing of
general-purpose adhesives under the brand name Super Bond. The company was clocking total
sales of INR 60 – 70 lacs per year.

1990 - 1999

The company started manufacturing adhesives for Railways, Bus Bodies and Navy. It started catering to end markets such as foam & furniture and footwear from its Badlapur Unit.
Kupri Unit at Wada was later commissioned.

2000 - 2009

In the early 2000s, the company started clocking sales of INR 1.5 crores per annum.
The company started to cater to Industrial segments and
new end-user markets such as Insulation.

2010 - 2011

Super Bond started to cater to the automobile segment
which helped the company to gain a reputation in the
market.

2012 - 2014

Launched Yellow 4 range of products and became India’s first manufacturer of eco-friendly grades of sprayable rubber adhesives. The company also started exporting its products to Nepal, Sri Lanka and Gulf countries.

2014 - 2019

Super Bond became pioneers in producing membrane based adhesives. Rubber based
adhesives clocked total revenues of more than INR 60 crores in 2017.
